Before beginning training with Brett, I had never picked up a barbell and thought constant running and other cardio was the way to get healthy and fit. Starting a new gym has always been an awkward experience for me, but Brett was immediately welcoming and quickly started getting me on track to take ownership of my health and fitness. Over a year and a half later I am finding myself still constantly pushing my own limits, setting personal records, and always motivated to do more. His classes have a fun and friendly atmosphere, and he promotes an open and accepting culture where we all encourage each other to do our best for ourselves and each other. Highly recommend it to both newcomers to strength and conditioning training, as well as those looking to push through to the next level of their personal fitness goals.

I was hesitant to join Burnett Fitness because of the stigma that Crossfit sometimes carries. BFIT is nothing like the Tiktok videos you see of Crossfit. Brett is patient, knowledgable, and understanding that everyone’s paths are different. I am going on my second year of taking Brett’s classes and I have toned up, lost weight, and have hit several PRs! I am thankful for Brett and all his hard work and dedication.
